Need advise in surplus car parts importing business

Good day mga sirs

Were planning to import dri sa Cebu ug mga surplus/used car parts from Japan. I have a Japanese contact there nga ganahan mag import diri ug mga surplus car parts. Not only surplus parts but he can also import cars since he operates a Car Center there.

Were more like trying to supply parts sa mga dealers here and maybe to those car shops nga in need of parts or surplus units (multicabs) from Japan. Were also planning to set-up a store but maybe later nana if ma-sweto nami sa surplus business here in Cebu.

I'm looking for advise since ang akoang line of business ra diri kai Hardware, and dili kaayo ko sweto aning automobile business.

sir pwede ka makahatag ug inputs? I really need thy wisdom, especially kai into car tuning ka, hehe

Unya na siguro ko muhimo ug FB page sir if maka-establish nako, for now mag-agent lang sa ko ug dealers and from there, if successful, mag himo nako ug Enterprise.. need to know the game first sa ko sir para dili ko masipyat..

Sa ako lang sir, go for needed parts sa jeepneys and taxis, ask the operators on what parts nga permi needed gyud nila like maybe shock absorbers.

Regarding sa performance boss, ask the honda club, toyota club and so much more. But if your planning on expanding to performance parts imports, suggest ko ug engines e import pud like 4age blacktop and or 4age silvertop, sa honda kay b16a, b18's, and ang latest kay k20's. Sa mitsubishi's pud kay 4g63T, 4g93t.

But ultimately boss, just ask around gyud. Kay mas maau man gyud kung kabalo ka sa needed ug rare parts na gi pangita sa mga katao han. 69 :P

ang amoa target sir kai ang multicab parts since daghan man multicab diri gud, but yes i'l try ask about spare parts sa Taxis and Jeepneys, but I don't know sa Taxis kai most Taxis nanadagan ron mga bag-o na, but i'll try ask if maayo ba... for now target lang sa siguro nako kai kanang spare parts sa multicab, and maybe i'l try motorcycle parts too, and eventually if naay demand, performance engines and parts..

ako jud ni dayunon sir, problem is wala pako pang capital so all i have to do is be an agent lang sa and earn commission from there, save my commission, and open up my own shop and I will supply you with aftermarket parts since my friend there in Japan have lots of it. I'm currently looking for dealers, ask about their needs, and see what I can do about it.
