Video Card Issue

Good Day Istoryans!, My cousin have a problem with his video card, he is currently using a AMD HD7730 VC ni kalit lang ug dili mo display we tried other VC (HD7770) mo work man, then gi try namo ang iya HD7730 sa lain PC we noticed dili siya mo display kung PCIe 2.0 ang slot sa MOBO, but gi try namo ug PCIe 3.0 nga mobo mo display siya, iya motherboard kay Gigabyte GA-H61M-D2-B3, PCIe 2.0 ni iya slot ni display na ni siya sauna sige na niya gamit ni kalit lng jud dili na mo display.

We tried:
-Reseatting and using eraser
-Reset BIOS Setting
-Updating the BIOS
-Use other PSU
-Tried adto sa gipalitan for warrenty pero mo display man pud mao dili sila mo accept, ila advice dalhon ang System unit (wala pa namo dalha balik kay hassle dala2x)

Wala jud gihapon display.

Hope naa maka advice namo unsa buhaton.

try to clean-up your vcard pcb using eraser & possible of moist or dirt in your pcie-slot.

sir dada didto ang unit kay under warranty mn kaha na.
let them try to solved it first before doing ur own troubleshot on the hardware.

dili siguro mobo problema kay nigana man ang 7770 pagtesting.

Mao lagi mga boss mo work man and other VC sa mobo, ang 7730 siguro naa problema ani sa, kay dili siya mo work sa uban nga mobo

@Yazbuh, suwayi kaha ug laing output sa card maoy gamita such as VGA, DVI or HDMI. unsa gamit nimo nga port? DVI?

Bana-bana nako, its a case of an underpowered vc. Walay aux power ang 7730 di ba? Adto lang sya mokuha ug power sa socket. Ug dili kadaog ang pcie slot sa board, dili na guro modisplay. Basin naay nay defective vrm ang board. Mowork ang 7770 kay naa may 6pin to.


Try flashing the card at lower boot clocks and lower vcore sa laing board nya paslak balik sa gigabyte ug moandar ba.

Tried it with both VGA and DVI no display dihapon...

Mao sad na ako duda boss kay dili jud siya mo display ug PCIe 2.0 nga board pero PCIe 3.0 gani ok raman, sakto ka naa 6 pin to ang HD7770, ni try man sad mi ug lain nga VC ni display gihapon sa GT220 ug 7200 LE.
