Warranty on Newly Purchased Iphone 5s

Good morning istoryans!!!

I'm not sure if pwede ni akong post diri, but anyways...

My boyfriend bought an Iphone 5s sa junrex ayala. Then kani siya, very keen jud ni siya sa details. Murag babae makaamping sa iyang mga gamit jud. Gi-check niya ang warranty sa phone online to found out na 5months nalang d-i ang international warranty. Nanawag siya sa store na iyang gipalitan, niingon na ang date daw sa receipts ang gamiton, 1 year jud daw ang iyang warranty sa apple. Then nanawag napud siya sa istore sa sm, niingon man na 5months nalang jud iyang warranty. Nagool nua akong uyab. Ganahan man jud siya ug naay international warranty.

Iyang question, unsa daw pwede niya buhaton? Pwede niya pailisan ang item? Ang akoa man gud na gipalit pud nako sa lain na store kay 1 year jud akong warranty.

before unta cya ni buy nag ask unta cya about international warranty sa iphone. in my case sa globe is last december 1st week ko nikuha sa plan pero niabot pag mid january aw syempre nagcheck sad ko sa online sad then found out nagstart sa dec ang international warranty. duda ko since sa pagrelease sa fon from manufacturer is magstart na ang international warranty i-resealed na cya kay muagi pa man sa ntc which naay ntc sticker sa likod sa box. Siguro kay brand new man pagpalit im sure kung magkaproblema ang phone tabangan cguro na sa store gipalitan nga covered pa sa ilaha. Experience sa akong friend ,one good thing sa international warranty if naay defect within that period pwd ra iditso sa power mac if they cant fix it, they will replace a brand new. Download lang sa latest iOS kay daghan na mga fixes ang niagi

This has always puzzled me. Unlike iPhones purchased directly from the Apple Store, the warranty probably started when the phone was purchased by the supplier in bulk. The guys at iStore are probably correct. Although they are not connected to Apple directly, they are authorized resellers and should know more.

One suggestion would be to open a ticket by calling 1-800-MYAPPLE. I don't know but there's got to be a way to know when the iPhone was first activated when it contacted Apple servers the first time. Good luck.
