PHP Programmers Requirements

• Graduate, Computer Science and/or Information Technology related course
• Experience with web applications in UNIX operating environments
• 3+ years experience with web application development using PHP and RDBMS environments
• Familiarity with XML and Client/Server technologies
• Knowledge of use and creation of standard development design documents
• Expertise with medium-to-large scale development projects
• With good English communication skills

JAVA Programmer Requirements
• 2+ years experience in Java software programming
• Experience in GIS a plus
• Experience in Amazon Cloud Services a plus
• Knowledgeable in object-oriented programming
• Good English communication is preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3 years call center experience in a senior managerial role (Manager/Director/etc.)
• Thorough knowledge of call center operations and technologies with proven track record in being able to scale operations (experience in a Telco/ISP account a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve customers/callers help requests.
• Resolve problems using of diagnostic and help request tracking tools.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year technical support experience on a Telecom or ISP account (such as Qwest/Century Link, Verizon, AT&T, Comcast, etc.)
• Computer and Internet literate, highly proficient with MS Office applications
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience providing customer service to Australian accounts a plus but not required
• Shifts will mainly be during Philippine day-time hours
