Hello. Final nako nga inquiry pila ang inyong patukod nga paril i mean gate? kanang lig-on na gyd ang foundation. ang sukod sa yuta nga 100 sqm.
Ask lang ta ko sa mga nakahibaw...
... between a traditional build (not light materials) vs using shipping container vans, usa kadaku ang cost difference?
Maka-save ba jud ta if we use shipping containers?
Salamat sa maka-share og idea.
Ako kay nakapatukod na man gyud kog balay, taod2 na sad plus ang karaan nga karenderia pa nako..
Patyon gyud ta sa labor if full concrete. The cost of materials is manageable but the labor is worth noting.
300 adlaw sa panday, 2x180 sa helpers ug 300 sa foreman if you couldn't be the foreman yourself.
Can't say anything about containers but I'm slowly getting interested in building one with a 20ft for
my personal space; gaming station/small library isumpay luyo sa garage ug lusot sa kusina. I plan
to cut the 20ft about 2/3 and form a L-shape.
For the cost, as far as others have posted I think 1 panday, 1 helper plus myself can do the job.
Add the container's cost and delivery fee, the standard materials and the number of days that
it can be done. I'd say that it is even cheaper than a 40sqm concrete build.
For creature comfort, that is optional. With containers, I'd love to have the interior cladded with
drywalls and some insulation in between. Cheap floor tiles with wood veneers. For a workstation
and library, that's enough.
I prefer this over wood/bamboo.
Nice Boss!
Post nya balik palihug Boss kung nahuman na imong build.
Aron makita nato ang cost difference.
By the way, cutting the container in 2/3's... dili ba ma-compromise ang integrity sa container Boss?
I mean... dili ba ma-weaken iyang strength ana?
Aw ok guro if wala ka'y plano nga patungan na above it.
But if you'd like the finished build, you'd end up wanting for more ... di bah?
... just a thought ....
This I cannot do coz I only got interested in this after seeing one bunkhouse
made for contruction workers for a mall in downtown area. But with my own
home as my point of reference, I'd say it is more budget friendly as building
can be done in one week minimum. That's a lot of labor cost savings.
Build should be a lot cheaper. Interior design and finishing is another story.
Wiring is pretty much standard. Plumbing needs a little tweaking. Replacing
the metal floorings with contrete slabs may actually need more labor force
than cutting the metal ceiling and installing standard roofing design and
insulation, but still, compared to pure masonry all over.
The savings can be pulled mainly from labor cost only. That's coz most if not
all are plug and play procedure.
What I mean by this is cutting in length not in width.By the way, cutting the container in 2/3's... dili ba ma-compromise ang integrity sa container Boss?
A 20ft would shorten to 8-9ft and the cutting will be
welded on the side to form a L. Also, the longer cut
will be firmly pressed to a wall.
PS: Im not an expert nor close to it. I still ♥ concrete.
