Gakulang ang supply nato mga nga gastos jud pero if learn the basic of DIY "DO IT YOURSELF". if makaya nimo nga hinay hinayan nimo with ur extra time okay na less gastos na pero if wala time then wala pud time to learn mau gastohan nalang jud..

Bro, there is no lack of supply and high surge of prices of many construction materials. Im not sure where did you get this info. But on our experience in building houses this quarter, only the cement had increased by 5-10 pesos. Others even decreased like metal and fiber cement boards.

Now on DIYs. There is no problem of doing that, if you are that skilled. It might be that you will be damaging the material which cost more, than paying a 350-peso skilled worker on 8hrs work. At 350, we are feeding a family of a hard-earning laborer. Ato pani daginuton?

The size is the same as plywood 4'x8'..from that you can get your quantity needed.

Bro, we cater on middle to high-end homes ky lain amo bldg technology and some materials namo are imported.
Medjo mahal gamay amo presyo. I can give insights though on how to build cheaper for those who want it at cheapest cost.
