These are just my comparison and you have to take note that each person, each case is different!
With me, I only did 2sessions with him but for 2different reasons! For others, it might be different!
But I guarantee you that after d first session, if you ever need a second third fourth one, it wud be for fine tuning nalang of some aort or for some other pain you feel in your body in another area!!

Kada kapila man dapat mag session niya preferrably, para mawala ang pain?

Depende actually sa imu and how your body reacts! Lain lain man sad gud kada tao! With me, it took me 2 sessions, then wala na dayun! hehe E try lang sya! No harm really in trying!
