Duterte is not a highschool drop-out. Giving leniency and possible better jail environment is a big NO-NO to Tatay. I am not a fan of adding new jails for0 prisoners. When you do stupid things to our country and countrymen, you ought to know you should embrace death or if lucky mag sinardinas sa prisohan. Pwede man add ug jail rooms, kanang 40 footer container i-convert to jail cells. Unya uwan init sa open field. Ok kaayo ko ana para sangko sa langit ang pagbasol sa ma priso diha.
