this is so wrong. we still have the Local Government Code in our constitution.

against illegal drugs, actually duterte has already mentioned this. if he becomes president, he would have control of the PNP and the Military which is necessary to go after these drug lords. some of these drug lords have their own private army. equiped with heavy firearms.

This Tuesday, March 1, the CEBU For DUTERTE VOLUNTEERS headquarters will be open to sign up volunteers starting at 8am up to 8pm. The HQ is located beside Suarez Bros in Osmeña Blvd across the church beside Cebu Doctors' Hospital (site marked with the blue 'X'). The first 500 registrants will each receive a baller and a sticker. Please share. Mayor Duterte cannot do this alone- if we want RADICAL CHANGE, we need to do our part in bringing that about. Remember that the Duterte presidential campaign cannot move forward without OUR help because it is cash/other resources- strapped. If we want change, we ALL need to work. LET'S DO THIS, CEBU!

Step 2- Present a government or school-issued
ID
Step 3- Pay P25.00 for the vinyl ID card (cost
of production only)
Step 4- Photo capture
Step 5- Receive volunteer pack (ID, baller band,
