- take note of the words "singly" and "collectively". Singly meaning at one time naa bay gideposit nga full P211 million sa kana nga account sa BPI Julia Vargas branch. Collectively meaning ang total deposits ba since gi create ang account mo sum up ba ug P211 million. Pero the thing here is, wala nakita sa uban kung unsa ka clever gibuhat ang SPA.

1. Dili actually P211 million ang accusation ni Trillanes nga wala gi declare ni Duterte sa iyang 2014 SALN. This was later corrected to P227 million (see quote below) kay wala naapil ang amount nga P16,852,832.94 under March 28, 2014 transaction. Pero ibutang nato nga P211 millions gyud for the sake of discussion.

That year, the BPI Julia Vargas accounts contained P227.41 million (not P211 million as earlier reported) but was not included in Duterte’s statements of assets, liabilities and net worth (SALN) submitted to the Office of the Ombudsman for Mindanao on April 30, 2015.

2. As I said, take note of the words "singly" or "collectively". Naa bay nakita sa summary (see image in later part below) nga P211 million in single deposit? Wala, so lusot. Sa collectively, tungod kay gi mention nga "since the opening of the aforesaid Bank account" so from the start until now mo sum up ba ug P211 million pesos. Based sa summary, dili gyud mo total sa ana nga amount because ang P211 million gikuha ra from 2014 transactions, walay labot ang uban years (2013 and 2015 transactions). So again lusot. Pastilan, maayoha gyud ni attorney.

3. Take note sad ani. Klaro kaayo ang amount "Two Hundred Eleven Million Pesos (P211,000,000.00)", in words and in numbers. Pero based sa summary, naa man tawon mga decimals (centavos). Since ato man gi assume nga P211 million, kung i total nato ang amount from March 28, 2014 - December 9, 2014 mao ni ang result:

So kung niingon ang BPI nga walay ingon ana nga amount, wala gyud. Kay nag based man sila kung unsay request naa sa SPA. Dili man sila mo go beyond ana or mo divulge ug info nga wala sa request.

Bottomline, sakto ang giingon sa lawyer based sa iyang gihimo nga SPA. Maayo mo lusot.
