@misswallflower. Goodluck nya... Be positive. My friend just went there for his job offer and said it was like a mass job offer for the aspirants. Lahi2 pd sila ug reaksyon but most were really suprised. Mixed reaction. Peo wala sad nya dawata ang offer. He has not replied why.

Ang CTP kay dili ne siya under sa claims. Under ne siya sa operations... Kasagaran ane mo deal ne sila sa mga mopalit og CTP policy..mao ako pag sabot ane if CTP sales.

As for the offer, it will vary jud depending on your previous salary and your tenure. Dili jud kaau ingon ana ka dako ang increase but nindot jud ilang benefits. Interesting ang flexben mahug ra jud nga naa kay additional 4k a month.

For those who are interested.. Dli jud ingon ana ka dako ang ilang gukod sa imong prev salary. Unlike sa mga pioneering nga dako2x jud. Pioneers are pioneers. They were assigned to that based on their experience and prev rates. Sa mga buffers lang dont expect too much. Atleast naay increase. Blame it on the withholding tax!!! Haha
