Niapply ko pag Feb12, hapit na mag 2weeks, hantud karon wa japun ko tawagi. Initial interview ra gyod kutob. Ana to ang interviewer nga tawagan ra daw ko next week. Pero wala jud!

Maayo unta tog magpahibaw sila nga pass or fail ba ta aron sad ta maaware.
Giingnan pako nga march 17 ang training sa first batch kung madawat ko.

I think kana issues with recruitment should not be thrown directly to qbe since naka ingon to sako ang ops manager from manila na nag partner sila sa john clements .

I can also notice the diff between qbe staff from manila and john clements staff when it comes to handling recruits / applicants.

Di man kay ako g undrstimate ang staff sa JC pero medyo layo rajud sila even i compare nimo sa laing dagko na company here n cebu like cvg, jp morgan or stream...

ang recruiters sa JC murag inexperienced mn kaau... during intitial interview d man gni q pahumnon ug talk then mu cut xa with another topic nasad... makaconfuse jd... i had my initial interview last friday and im not hoping nah... this would be the first company nga mahagbong ko ug initial interview hahayyyzzz..... if lain na interviewer reapply nlng q im quite xur hagbong ko atoh XD

Coz Aegis is somewhat butthurt coz of some issues, people from Aegis going to QBE knows this.
