sa sykes kay intellicare cya. covered na ang employee sa Day 1 then 2 dependents ang madala... PEC kay ma covered after 1 year...

sa Real Page... Maxicare cla ang ila coverage kay murag pang Manager na 250K ang limit...

sa EXL kay Maxicare parehas daw sa JP Morgan (not that sure)

but based sa akong mga kauban before and experience. Kung naa naka anak or family man na or parents na dependent sa imo, gamit kaayo ang HMO... pero kung single pa ka, na HMO is the least benefits na imo huna hunaon... in my case kay tungod naa na anak, intawon gamit kaayo ang HMO labaw na emergency, in my experience, Chong Hua ko usually kay maoy accessible man jud. My baby was admitted 3 times na this year, No hassle sa akong part ang processing sa admission (intellicare tuod akong gamit) pagnaa naka sa ER, ingon lang ka na naa ka HMO, payts na... Although kung ako ang papilion i would not want my baby to be sick... pero HMO in case of medical emergency kay gamit kaayo...

BTW... if in case na admit ka again ang same ghapon imo diagnosis before whatever balance you have sa illness nmo sa previous admission nmo mao na deduct... so meaning if ever na admit ka and the first admission nmo is UTI dayon 15k ang bill then the 2nd admission is UTI ghapon dayon 15k dayon ang bill. and imo coverage kada illness sa imo intellicare kay 75K, then 15k+15k na nah, deducted to the same illness.. so its not per admission but per illness... ampo lang na lahi imo diagnosis if dako imo bill...

there is no such thing as a good hmo package especially if ma.cover ra ka up to 300k. hmo should cover you to the amount that you can have brain surgery twice.

naka-experience na ko ani. maayo ang HMO for checkups and minor illness, but if you ever would land on a hospital with some serious health issue, your HMO will be of little help.

so general rule, take care of your health. if feel nimo na dili na kaya, get a med cert and demand for day shift. naa man gud mga team na di ganahan sa dayshift tungod sa ubos daw ang sweldo. but it's not worth it. better talaga may rotation bisan monthly ra. and it should not even be based on performance.
