I HAVE TO AGREE! Regardless of the geographical location and culture but if the system is the same, then the problem would be the same. In fact, even if our fellowmen in Manila are stubborn and power hungry, we Cebuanos on the other hand are hot-headed. So there is even a big possibility that there will be a bloody political war here if we were the nation's capital.

hmmm... IMO, yes Cebu is much better to live in than Manila. There are lots of incommon about these 2! ang pinaka nindot na example is that, Cebuanos are practical. So let's say if there's no Manila, Cebu will be the capital. Would you like it when people say:
