    naa naman school supplies ako store.. computer sad hasol na maintenance,, kanang imnonon nimo imported? pm kuno ko sa brand g prices,, diman kaha na fake?

    hi sangga,

    if you really want to improve your convenience store you have to look at three big items:
    1. Assortment (what really the customers want in your area). normally basic commodities must be there
    2. Margin ( how much price mark up. you have to be competitive also with other competitors)
    3. Opex (you have streamline your opex. take out the unnecessary things that just additional to your opex)

    Opex mao jud ni akong gibuhat karon,, mga slow moving item e push ug baligya ug dili mada e pakapin sa mga laing item,, but i need to expand on new products kay nag idle na ang money usik kau hinay kau interest sa bank,,,

    TS, try pud add ug printing services. Mao ako gibuhat sa ako convenience store pud kay if I'm not mistaken, gamay ra ang mo-invest in buying a printer kay panalagsa ra magamit not unless imu work or home requires a lot of printing jobs. You know aning sakit sa printer if dili magamit ug dugay mokaging ang ink unya dili na mofunction properly. And besides, pwede ra man pa-print sa gawas in case kelangan dyud. Mao to nakita nako nga naa dyud potential ang printing services as add-on.
