i brought my battery-operator epilator from the US with me, since i wasnt sure there's any sold in cebu and the rechargeable one can't be charged with 220V. are there any? where in cebu? which one does the best job of epilating?

Phillips epilator. Bought mine at watsons in ayala for P1,400 or 1,600.
