Mga year 1990 she reciv a letter stating her case number daun pag 1994 na sad another letter stating her priority number (march 15, 1990) gi news man gud nga next month ang priority number nga iprocess nila kay from april 1989-april 1990 under f4 categpry. So pasok ang prority number sa ako mom. The thing is 23 nku. Possible pa ba nga maapil ko mahatagan ug visa or dili na gyud? thnx...

Sis, the The Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) was signed into law on August 6, 2002, if you are below 21 when the law was signed then good chance you will qualify. please see link below on formula how to compute CSPA age eligibility.

By the way per August 2010 Visa bulletin (see link below) they are now processing April 1990 for F4 category for Philippines. Your mom and aunt should received packets in a couple of weeks. Better advise your aunt to call NVC (603-334-0700) and check on your case.

He was 21 na when he left for the states. I couldnt get the details jud bro, but na dala gyud cya. Naa man pud to clay immigration lawyer kay they were concern abt him aging out. Go check the links provided.
