Mas maayu kamao mo mag-develop og software.. di pa mo ana, maka himo mo'g inyo nga software.. inig kamao na mo himo og software, pwede na kaayu mo mag freelance.. ^_^

Testing is an art as well. You can have really exciting jobs like creating testing scripts.

But nowadays the testers are programmers and they are really the same.

So empty the tank, if you are into software development/testing. Just do both.

Job Description palang daan. Layu na siya og biya. Thats why no doubt
programmers has higher payout.

As Tester.
-you are limit only to test the software and also will do the documentation BUT you can't DEBUG or FIX those certain ISSUE/BUGS.

While as Programmer/Developer
-You will develop the software at the same time you can TEST the software as well. Purpose ra gyud anang tester
is they will (MALMAL) the created/develop application if what are other possible loopholes in the system.

Because software developer doesn't have much time to THROUGHLY TEST the software base on my experience. Once mo gawas ang exact output through sample TESTING.

Move to tester nana ang develop na software. After that if no bugs/loopholes. for approval na daun para update.

Depende ra na sa company... naka experience ko sa una nga ang QA, tech support, tech writer, ug sysad mas dako sweldo compared sa programmers... Hahahahaha...

Off topic: kanang idea na ang programmer ang nag generate income sa company is wrong bai.
programer ko working 10+ years, pero kana na thinking kay selfish ra kaayu na,
tan.awa ba if makagenerate ba ug income ang company kung puro ra programmer ug walay mga support staff like HR, accounting, admin or even QA/testers, ofcourse its possible BUT the time will be limited and dli kaayu daku ang income ma generate.

On topic: ang problem sa QA or testers kay mofollow ra cla ug set of rules or specifications para mag test. so less thinking ang analogy compare as developer.
bisag kanang mga GAME testers sa EA or Blizzard or any other companies DO NOT just play the game to test, they test the game with specific requirements man ug bulleted specs. so its more like a robot job na pwedi ma automate.
