We are renting an apartment in the Panagdait/Wireless area. It's walking distance to Sykes. The apartment has 1 bathroom, a spacious living room (that no one uses), a kitchen area, and a laundry area. We have 1 extra room that we want to rent since no one uses it. It's 2K + Electricity. The water kay free nalang. Unless 7 times a day ka maligo and everyday ka manglaba.

1. Bawal ang noisy coz we work at a call center and we like our apartment to be a place where we can go to finally rest and relax.
2. Ok ra magdala ug boylet or gf basta sa inyong room ra mo mag milagro. Please don't extend your miraculous deeds to the common areas.
3. Please provide your own internet connection. Coz tig duwa mi ug online games and basig mamatay nya mi if ga download ka sa torrent. Pero if tig FB ra ka and chat-chat, ok ra na. Mahibal-an ra bitaw na sa usage if perte diay nimong stream. Hehe.
4. We have a ref. You can use it. Pero provide your own pitcher ha. Di ta mag share ug tubig kay matakdan nya ka sa among persistent cough. Or basig TB na ni.
5. We have a labandera who comes over every 2 weeks. You can make palaba to her. Just give her 200. And imoha ang sabon and downy.
6. Please use your own stove if you have. We have a stove and maybe you can use it basta amot kag 30 pesos every week para sa BUTANE. Haha.
