Leaving the Side Panel Open, Good or Bad?

Disclaimer... This is when the Rig is being used, not being transported. and this only applies to Tower Cases

This bothers me for years now, I'm looking all over the internet about discussions about the topic but they always have good points. Is it good or bad to do this permanently when PC is being used, well, for its use not for picture taking .

The setting.

Inside the room. System Unit is sitting on a Computer table.

airFLOW is better than stagnant air.. cold air in, warm air out.. mas maau nga naay predetermined path ang air rather than having it stagnant sa sulod sa case

the air inside the case will become hot, if the case is opened, then your airflow is broken, so hot air inside the case can stay in the case because they are not ejected out of the case, there is no reason why the air will go out.. imagine blowing in to a straw.. you blow in on one end, air goes out the other end.. thus there is always a fresh supply of air going in, and used air going out..

i'd like to keep my side panel off.. so i can stare at it's glory while waiting to respawn in Black Ops 2 haha.. but i smoke. so i keep it on to minimize the tar that get's in to my build.

why not put a window side panel nlng? ipa mod nlng ts aron makita nmu permi sulod sa imo pc hehehe ang abog ani dali kaau maka accumulate

^ good note boss, dust is also a problem, but case airflow is not as important if you use liquid cooling.. so if liquid cooling then an open sidepanel is not as important as when in aircooling

kung 100% aircon imo room og limpyo, it may be considered good.

kung dili, aw sa abog pa lang para nako bad na...

basta wala lang tiki sa inyo. maka short-circuit na sila sa imo mga parts.

Basta sakto ang ventilation/airflow, no need to open your side panel.

Prevention na siya para walay insects, rats, etc. makasulod sa imong system. Mag fiesta ang abog sulod sa imong system basta open side panel, try to observe sa mga kilid2x diha kana nag offer ug CD burning, tan-awa iyang PC kung healthy ba.
