The seven bidders are MPIC-JGS Airport Consortium, AAA Airport Partners, Filinvest-CAI Consortium, First Philippine Airports, Premier Airport Group, GMR Infrastructure & Megawide Consortium and San Miguel & Incheon Consortium.

"Petitioner is perplexed with the very unusual and seemingly illegal manner of scheduling a series of one-on-one meetings with known bidders on separate occasions by no less than the [BAC]," the petition read.

Citing Republic Act No. 7118 or An Act Amending RA No. 6957, Authorizing the Financing, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Infrastructure Projects by the Private Sector and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), Cruz said the law forbids one-on-one meetings with prequalified bidders.

Tuara. Kani jud bidding sa ato dili open and transparent.

Preha rana sa renovation sa Mactan airport shops. Gi luto daw ang pag bidding according sa mga store owners nga akong na overheard last month
Unsay update ani? Na-issuehan ba ug TRO?

PPP is Palpak sige Pagarpar si Pnoy ....

"We are aware that many of our countrymen are excited to see the fruits of our Public Private Partnership projects. We likewise know that there are those who have grown impatient waiting for them. Let us put things into context. Back in 2010, when our administration came into office, we were left with only 6.5% of the programmable budget for the year, or just around P100 billion. Around 93.5% of the budget had already been allotted by my predecessor. This is precisely why we approached the private sector. We told them: we do not have the funds, let us partner with one another to build the necessary infrastructure," he said.

Mao diay na reason nila ngano nag PPP sila ... not a good idea .... naay simple kaau Charter Change Allowed 100% Foreign Corporation .. ngano man lang jud labadlabaron ang inyong ulo ....

ming this is better than doing nothing. maghuwat pa jud diay ta ug charter change para lang mapanindot na atong airport? since the landside would be manage by the private sector at least expected ne nga muimprove ang pagkamanage sa airport.

It's about time to have a new airport. I've been to Singapore and nindut jud kaayo ilang airport. Looking forward to this. I hope ma tinuod jud ni.

Mura man sab ko ug correct ... hehehhee
