- diba basta mukuha ta ug medical or life insurance kay naa man nai list kinsa imo dependents or beneficiaries. ang lgbt couple d man pwede mo list sa ila partner as dependent or beneficiary labi na kung wai ga-bind sa ila, kay kung sa life insurance, wa mai insurable interest ang partner kay wa man silay ma-establish na valid na relationship (wa mai papel na ga certify na partner sila pareha anang sa married heterosexual couple). then kung ang usa ma hospital, d magamit ang health insurance sa ia partner kay ang nka list ra didto ia ra man parents/siblings

2. kung mamatay ang 1 den wala siya nakabilin ug will, walay makuha ang ia partner labi na kung tanan properties nakalista ra under 1 name, maski na kung sila duha gatabang ug pay para sa properties na ila gi consider as "conjugal" or unsa. anyway ako ra ni gi base sa "if these walls could talk" na movie

3. then dba sa US lahi ra man ug computation sa tax kung married ka? mas mo lessen man? ambot lang kung pareha ba sa atoa diri, wa ko knowledge kaayo bahin anang income tax etc

I doubt that is the real intent. Youll have your rights to insurance, rights to inheritance, and right to tax exemption then will that be the end of it? I doubt youll be contented with it unless comes the time you will be totally addressed to as WOMEN. Ahaha! Rights my @ss!!
