Default How to start a rent-a-car business in the province?

    Hello guys,

I'm planning to start a rent a car business in Bohol kay daghan au tourist didto. Naa nami kasaligang driver makuha, relative ra, ky taga didto man sad akong misis.

Questions nako sa mga naay experience ingani nga business:
    1. Pila ka-months need magchange ug tires?
    2. Unsay mga regular maintenance sa auto? Pila kaha gasto ana?
    3. Recommended ba sa casa i-maintain ang car since brand new or bisag sa mga shops lang sa kilid2x?
    4. Sa mga naay rent-a-car business sa bohol dri, pila kaha ang boundary sa driver per day? Pila sad kaha ang gas for a wholeday tour around Bohol?

Kani lang sa akong mga pangutana for now.

    THanks!

I work in a rent a car company before, hhhhmmmmmm, i think the way you ask the question murag dili sad ka familiar with regards to car maintenance or dili ka hilig cguro ug auto coz maintaining a rent a car is just the same as maintaining your personal car. never maintain your car sa kilid2x lang better go sa casa. coz if you have your own car and u know how to maintain, you know when to change tires, change oil and other car maintenance. kung familiar sad ka unsa ka layo sa mga tourist spots sa bohol, pila ka kilometers, maka bana bana sad ka pila ang gasolina ma consume. ooopppssss. better choose car nga diesel rather than gasolina para maka tipid ka. when it comes sa boundery sa driver, dili ni by boundery ang sa driver, you need to pay him on a daily basis kung pila ang salary rate sa bohol mao sad na imo ihatag sa driver and besides they will receive a tip. you also need to get a permit from dotc and ltfrb....... when you plan to have a business make sure you are familiar with the ins and outs of the business, ayaw tan awa nga abi daghan tourist sa bohol mag rent a car nalang ka.. if its your passion and you are familiar with the tourism industry.... go go go... goodluck and god bless
One last thing, nindot sad diay if ang driver nga imo e hire kamao mo entertain ug guest and familiar sa mga tourist spots para mag balikbalik nyo mga guest ninyo if maayo ug kasaligan imong driver

Thanks sa inputs nimo sir! Well-appreciated.

Familiar ko sa maintenance sa car kay karon naa koy own car, But of course lahi ra jud ang maintenance kung ibyahe kay mas bun-og cya if compared sa private. I asked these questions para magka-idea ko sa kanang maintenance cost sa gi-rent a car na nga auto. This is the very reason I started this thread.

Since you were into this business before, can you please share your experiences sa maintenance? Ngano ni-undang man ka sir?

i don't own a rent a car, a just work from a rent a car before, when it comes to maintenance, basta regular lang ka mag check up sa car ok ra man, kana imo gi ingon nga ma bun og ang car, depende ra jud na sa imo driver dapat imo driver dili kaskasero ug kahibalo sad cya mo galam ug auto, kay naa man gud uban driver walay pakialam sa sakyanan, maka dungog na naay tagulkol dili e check, mao manay maka bun og jud sa car, basta bag o lang ang car dili man cya high maintenance, i recommend nga van or innova or anything dako nga service kay mostly tourist by group sila ug dagko mga bagahe. sa ako na experience ang amo mga car model ato is 1996-1998 nga toyota at that time ni work ko year 2002 very nice pa ang condition sa sakyanan, basta regular lang jud iyang check up, regular means monthly check up..... most basic maintenance is ang change oi, ang break fluid, ang ligid dugay mana mahilis, ayaw lang sad paabta nga hilis na kaayo kay maka disgrasya unya simbako basta brandnew imo car, wa pa kaayo ka problema ana, anha na mo gawas ang mga sakit after 10yrs.
