Actually, if we are FREAKING serious here, which I think we are, Superman has higher chances of winning if he battles Batman.

On comic books, Superman already won by 4-2?* (*I'm not that sure) and Batman only won in non-canon content, but writers give Batman a 'chance' because no one wants BATMAN to be wrecked like a junkyard car. Because he's the freaking BATMAN.

About Batman using Kryptonite and a preparation time? No, I don't think so. Superman has a villain named Kryptonite Man and it cannot defeat him. It's like the battle between Brawns and Brain (except that Supes is smart too), I mean one mean punch of Supes and Batman is dead.

I'm a huge Batman fan but I believe that defeating someone who can shatter the moon anytime he wants to or the guy who can bench press 6 sextillion metric tons is too much for Batman to overcome. I hate Superman but it can't see Batman defeating Supes in the near future.
