xcomp? naka suway na mo ug utang dha? how about sa warranty mga agawon? for example: ni utang ka ug Harddisk and a Memory, then in the middle of the utang phase, nadaot ang Harddisk, any warranty issues

hahaha. amoa company bai diha tig kuha ug mga pc sa una sa guadalupe pa na. daghan return sa ilaha like memory card, mobo, cd rom sige ka busted hangtud nawala ang warranty. dugay pa gyud kaayo ma replace more than 2 weeks.

we also return busted UPS tapos wala nalang namo kuha kay 3 days na late sa warranty.

we order sa una that was 2004 ug Pentium 4 3.2 gigs tapos pag abot gi baligya sa uban not to think nag huwat me ug 2 weeks ato hastang ahaka.

nag order sab me ug cpu then ang gi need namo 128mb na vcard inno3d or sparkle. tapos ana sila wala na daw sparkle ug inno3d gitagaan me ug Galaxy na vcard which is not good vcard.

ang ilaha clerk mo entertain lang kung naay paliton pero kung about warranty na gani dili gyud ka pansinon sa ilang small office and mura ka ug dumb nobody cares.

sorry pero that was our experience diha. i dunno if nag change the way they run their service but my boss piss off gaau nila. buti nalang wala sa cebu amo boss.
