i7 quad as a start , LGA 1155 or LGA2011 < this socket will stay for at least 3 more years, so i recommend it.

at least 8GB on 2 x 4GB Dual Channel RAM configuration, for optimized performance on LGA155 boards

or Quad Channel on LGA2011


invest on SSD as OS DISK , say 128GB to 256GB

then another 128GB or 256GB for Adobe Scratch Disk < read more google

then 2TB WD Black 64MB cache, make it 2 for RAID0 setup

then have an Nvidia with CUDA GTx660 and UP! or wait for GTx770 if you can
though Adobe uses OpenCL on it's CS6 suite, nvidia has it too

have an SLI if pwede ra

and of course..generic PSU..joke

yes u may OC but not necessary

and if u wanna overclock

use the i7 3770K < unlock version for LGA1155

but you have to read more how to OC it

as it will need a lot of preparation and PC Parts as you know it.

NICE RAMs | nice HSF etc.

yeah, it's good to OC as to squeeze the most performance juice your procie can give

BUT there's a line that divides the Practical use that means OC / performance gain / power consumption vs impractical OC.

if you really want the most GAIN of your expenses, EVEN without OC, i suggest you go LGA2011 for sinlge processor | multi core solution and harness the benefit of having 6cores | 12threads + quad channel RAMS.

^^ its gud to have the Quadro but not necessary with video rendering as long as they would not composite 3d elements on the video timeline, according to technical write ups
