Again, US DOllar to HKD is highly recommended but... If you only have a Philippine Peso, then buy Hong Kong Dollar diri. Do not attempt to buy Dollar sa in our local banks or MC's then convert it into Hong Kong Dollar when you arrived in Hong Kong because you will end up alkanse not unless you are going to change a dollar from your Mom, freinds etc at a Dollar to PhP rate.

Where to change your USD to HKD in HK that offers good rates?

    - Chungking Mansion - Daghan Money Changers didto but... do survey the rates first of each MC's because they usually do not have the same rate. And.. do not attempt to go further sa lobby area because the inner portion for me medyo dili na safe though daghan pa money changer didto sa soot2x but why gamble not unless naa naka kaila or frequent naka diha lugara.

These are the Money Changer Area naa pd sa atbang ani. ayaw na ug lahos sa sulod.(image taken from the internet)

Note: dont be intimidated with Indians etc... they keep on asking you " Filipino2x? we have cheap rooms! or You want a tour very cheap2x!" just say "No, thanks"...

    - World Wide House Central, Hong Kong - Meeting place of Pinoys / Pinays - just look for Frankies MC or Western Union they have good rates same as in TST Area (Chungking Mansion).

This is the Western Union World Wide House Branch. as you can see Pinoy imo makita sa picture mura kag naa sa "PINAS" hehehe (i took this picture for reference)

Anyway, aside sa Hostel where you can buy cheap admision tickets DL, OP, VP, NP 360 it is also available at Travel Easy world wide House, Central Hong Kong.
