Bike-to-work ko at least 3x a week (or everyday if makamata ug sayo). Lapulapu-Labangon is more or less 16-17km, so thats more than 30km per day. Long rides on weekend (including out of town), was able to shed around 40lbs so far and stay healthy...
just started my bike-to-work program ganiha. my route was from talisay to gorordo about 10kms and it took me 34mins kay dili jud ma kaya paspasan.hehe enjoy rman d-i kaau mag bike kay daghan kaau ko nka sabay mga construction workers nga nag bike-to-work pod pero mga kusgan na kaau.hehe
same here bro, lingaw kayo gukod sa mga panday sa reclamation... mga kusgan kayo hehehe btw, keep track sa imo time ug speed nya mao na i try ug beat everyday kay makita jud nimo ang improvement... lingaw raman sad!
Suya ko ani da kay exercise pa, savings mode pa jud.

bike to work pud ko bai..used to do it every day..karon 3 times a week na lang..
