    cut-off time: 12noon

    @I'm Pawesome,
    Please refer to the link provided pra sa req'ts if you open BDO UITF:
    https://www.bdo.com.ph/personal/trus...nt-trust-funds

    you can redeem during banking days (except for holidays), cut-off time is 12 noon and beyond that ky next banking day ma redeem, same goes to investing.
    ang downside sa early redemption is that you will charged ranging from 0.5% (other UITFs) to 1% (Equity) of the Original Participation Amount (pila starting amount pag-invest/raw principal amount).
    another thing to consider is the navpu during redemption. make sure nga ma cover tanan costs (if ever i-preterminate) pra di ka lugi.

    30 calendar days holding period ang BDO Peso UITF's. While ang USD ky 45 days.

    if mo redeem ka earlier than the specified holding period, chargan man ka so see to it nga bisan ma chargan ka, you still gain.
    unless you have other justifiable reasons.

    ms pawesome, additional guide ni ha. No need naman guro open ka savings account, basta da lang ID picture 1x1, photocopy of 2 valid IDs, then original & photocopy of proof of billing nga imo jud name nakabutang and if di ikaw, pabuhat ug letter of certification nga resident ka sa address given and photocopy sa ID sa mosign, then mag quiz quiz paka before open jud UITF account. Kung equity fund imo, make sure jud nga ang total sa imo score kay mo-suffice para equity fund, makita ra na sa test paper ang total scores for a certain fund, hehehe. Dapat high risk investor ka then pang long term imo goal pag invest. Kung EIP daw, dili pa jud ma invest like if 1K pa lang fund nimo, nig abot ra jud daw sa 10k nga minimum sa Equity fund, then saka paka tagaan ug certificate of participation (COP). Sa BDO SM north wing, gamay ra tao pero 11am ila cutoff.

    let me share what I know about the quiz she is telling. i believe it's just an evaluation of your risk appetite, same in philequity where one of their requirements is to fill up the evaluation form. by that exam, they will know your goal in investing and can recommend what kind of mutual fund should you be... wala may mahagbong ani, just an evaluation lang jud...

  10. #520
    additional info lang pud bout sa evaluation sa imo risk profile:

    if ever your risk appetite score didn't reach the suitable score for high risks investments but then you really "insist"/want to invest sa Equity Fund for example, then pa-signon raka nila og waiver pra maka-invest ra gihapon. by the way, bisan pa in line or "legible" ka mo invest according to your risk appetite, pa-signon man gihapon waiver nga you understand and accept the fact that returns are not guaranteed.

    bahin sa lain tao mo invest for you, pwede ra as long as naka-sign mo both nga authorize siya to do so. mura rmn to checklist sa transactions nga gi-authorize nimo siya. they allow that basta naa sa pinas ga stay.

    but if OFW unya ganahan mo invest under their name (OFW), di sila mo allow ky kailangan gyud daw ang signature man. so in this case, it's the OFW's risks if ever mo okay ra sila ipa-invest under sa authorized person's name nga gi-entrust nila to invest so on their behalf.
