No worries bro. Ana man jud na. I started reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad and at that point, my dream to invest is burning like fire. I realized how many thousandths I have wasted to useless stuff when I can supposedly invest it into something better. Read those books I recommended bro, and let me know if you need further help. I know people who can help you out too. Tabangay ta

invest only if these are excess money. money that you will not need few years from now. and superstar is correct, create an emergency fund first so that your long term investment dili mahilabtan.

and ideally, you must have a healthcare(short and long term) and insurance...

Sorry if ma OT ko ani, murag daghan man gud experts sa invesments diri, naa lng ta ko questions:

    Questions lng gamay:

    1. Pwede ra nimo dili kuhaon imong money sa UITF? mag wait lng ka kung when dako ang Units ayha pa nimo I-withdraw?
    2. Inig Withdraw nimo pwede ibalik rasad nimog palit ug Units?
    3. If imu gi-invest kay 10k unya nahimo nang 11k automatic nba na xa mo palit ug additional units or need pajd nimo buhaton akong question number 2?

    Thanks daan Istoryans

I am not an expert but my inputs may help you out. Hehe. . .by the way, if my concept isn't right, please correct me sad mga experts kay ako bag-o pa sad ko aning UITF

    1. UITF or Mutual Funds - when you invest, it must be for long term. You don't invest now, and get it right away after pila ka months. Mao nga recommended jud nga mo invest ka sa money nga "extra" not your budget for your next months party

    2. You may redeem at any time. However, here's what's gonna happen.
    Example:

NAVPU (At date of purchase) = 1 petot
Initial investment sa BDO = 10k petot
Shares nga imo mapalit that day is = 10,000 shares.

Say after a year imo i redeem ang imo money kay kabantay ka nga dako kaayo ang NAVPU that day from 1 petot pagpalit nimo, nahimo syang 5 petot on that day.
    Example:
NAVPU (present day) = 5 petot
    Original Shares = 10k shares for 1 petot per share. Therefore;
5 petot (Present NAVPU) - 1 Petot(Original NAVPU) = 4 Petot (mao ni imo ginansya)

So, imo money from 10k nahimo na syang (computation: 10,000 shares x present NAVPU = 5 petot) = P 50, 000.00 ginansya ka og 40,000.00. So, if imo i redeem imo 40k, mag baligya ka og number of shares nga equivalent ana nga amount.

Example: 40k = 8,000 shares. Then, imo sya ipalit og another share that day for 5 peso (NAVPU) mubalik ra na sya og 8k shares gihapon. So useless ra imong pag redeem then palit og balik. Not unless though if mag wait napud ka nga mo saka pa from 5 petot ang NAVPU to 8 Petot before ka mupalit balik. (This is not recommended. If ingon ani imong plan, mura ra ka nag trade sa stock market.)

UITF or Mutual Funds, ang imo buhaton is peso cost averaging lang jud. Buy ka og shares consistently say every month for 1k, consecutive lang jud ka para mudaghan imong shares regardless og down ba or mahal ang shares.

    3. If mag ka interest ka, it doesn't automatically purchase new shares. Mao ni purpose nga mupalit ka og shares per month or cost averaging para managhan imong shares. The more shares that you have, the more ka mo earn og interest in the long run.

I hope sakto akong pgsabot hehehe

if sayop gani, please nalang ko og correction mga experts sa investing. Daghang salamat
