if they have house and lot or cars for collateral, they will just borrow from the bank which gives lower interest rates compared to 5/6. So ang mangutang are usually small entities and will be difficult to locate if they decide to play hide and seek

I think it is high time nga pwede na ikiha ang mga tao nga naay utang (with the proper documentation of course). I'm not so sure about the legal aspects of debt but as far as I know, kaning mga di mamayad ug utang can just freely walk away from their obligations.

In this way, borrowing money will also be a lot easier (possibly no more collateral at the start) then pwede mapaubsan ang interest rates, malikayan na na ang mga 5-6. On the part sa lender, this will also protect their interests labi na sa kanang mga delinquent borrowers.

Of course this is easier said than done but I think it is something worth doing and good enough for a start.

labad sa mga dili anad. pero naa ko client/friend. mao ni nakapadato niya ug maayo, started years ago with 150K, now siguro iyang net worth mga 60M na siguro. He owned lots of businesses and properties too (some are popular here in cebu). dili ni sya madaganan ug pautang, kay kung daganan nimo like some koreans mangtutang niya "piti" jud kay dili ni siya basta basta, karaan na pulis, then nahimong head sa customs intelligence sauna (disbanded na) daghan galamay, so kung dili ka kabayad, piti. naa siya pautang pud sa casino 1% per day interest.

Risky ang Lending if you don't have intimidating powers to "singil". But if you have... kalami aning negosyoha! Pero ingon sila makagaba kuno kay mupatong ug dako...

akong pangutana... pila ra man ang cost to produce pills for Hypertension, etc etc. it is less than 3% of the selling price... kadako sa patong! Human masakiton pa imong gi take advantage.

All in all, wala man gyud napriso kay wala nakabayad sa utang.
Naa tingale na priso kay wala kabayad sa penalty nga gipatung sa estafa nga case, or bouncing check.
