Tapolan man gud kayo, ang function/formula lang ang complicated kayo pra kas-a butang, moditso na dayon compute tanan, hehe

last july, nag sige na kog revise kana mo fit na gyud sa actual setting. daghan sad nahimo pero ny uban complicated ra kaayo and finally nakakita ra gyud kog comfortable format. The key is to make everything simple yet ma covered tanan areas nga imo ganahan i-monitor. karon, makita na ang performance sa individual accounts, per target area and over-all performance of all accounts.
na cater ang capitalization, "expenses", profit, growth sa assets sa kato nga line of business, receivables and "balance sheet". so far, nakalahutay pa og update hangtod ron and daghan pako ganahan i-add, hehe.

mas nindot gyud if nakalista gyud tanan ky makita gyud nimo ang progress or standing sa imong business or goals.
kapoy update but it really pays off. diha pud nako nakita how huge the risks nga ako gi take mga 2 years ago, no wonder wa nagdugay, hehe. karon, super conservative na siya as compared before pero promising ang growth rate.

I-pile tanan small things and makita gyud ang significant difference.

hahah murag complicated ra kau imoha monitoring bro da... for businessman na kaau... hehehehe akoa ky enough lng gud na naay tables and graphs for income is expenses as well as Assets vs Liabilities... ma-inspire mn gud ko mkkita sako networth na in increasing trend and pirme ma-hit akong monthly target (short term goal) then naa pod ko goal after 6 months.. nahan rako ishare ni ky hyper na kaau ko sako financial planning... naa koy sudlan pohon na mga investments mao ngsave ko karon... now, focus ko karon ug study and plan sa akong sudlan pohon, ... using 6P (Proper Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance).

    income and expenses
    Assets vs. Liabilities
    pang BIR kaayo sir, hehe

Actually, mao na ang kuwang sa ako tables. kana pang BIR nga format pra sayon nlng. Then, remarks, reports, etc.
Though kuti gyud to siya ky naa man mura inventory style (tanan list sa individual accounts), unya inventory per area, then another for summary njud sa tanan.
katong uban, la nako naghimo og graph. makita rmn gud sa figures per month (summation per month and up-to-date) so makita gyud ang growth. mata2x nlng og kwenta, hihi. or let's say, bana2x nlng, wa na gyud gi convert og percentage or in graph form.

wa gyud na nag-follow og saktong format sir ky layo ra kaayo akong course nahuman sa commerce, accounting, business management or other business related courses. na timingan ra nga ganahan og simple math and maka-play rmn ta sa excel or makuha ra ang formula nga ato ganahan i-set-up per cell.

5 years ni ako sir then either every quarter or semi-annually, nako'y hinayhinayon integrate new ideas and revisions ky daghan pa kayo di pwede ma apply sa karon man. if okay gani dagan, then, proceed ko sa mas taas nga goals which is another 5 years for "feasibility study" kana if ma launch ky maka attract sa financially literate. katong 5 years nga feasibility study ky for those learning pa or kana wai time to learn. Aim high and don't limit yourself but be cautious also. So far, happy with the results. pero kana nga goals ky subject to change pa sad ky minyo na guro ko ana. submit ta's bana. Maybe, ipa in line sa iyang goals pud pra mahimong among goals na, hihi.
