@ts nice tingali if di lang sa focus sa salary.. invest lang sa skills it will go a long way...
experience lng sa bro ayaw pag huna2x anang butanga kung fresh grad ka
promise after few year... ma amaze ka sa emo salary
pa experience lng jd bro. pero usually running on 12k-15k if fresh grad but depende ra na sa imo diskarte and imo portfolio and they'll offer more than that
The best salary about your question is gaining more skill. Don't mind about how much is your salary mind your skill that you experience then you can demand your salary if your are capable about the job that they offered. One thing is learning after all earning will follow.
training for certification that will help u get in with higher salary
your salary will base on your performance
bitaw it will be better if u have your certification kay dali lang ka makahanap ug work
bisag short time anha mga certification?
Depends and there's no magic answer. Salary should be weighted in this order: What company, Industry, and Skill level/expertise/rank. Number of years of experience is the least important. You know, there are people 15 years of experience doing with the same thing. It is as good as as 2 years doing the same thing.
What matter most is the company. If you work in Google, Microsoft, Apple, Salesforce, Amazon, Goldman Sachs and etc, you should have better salary than most company.
Also, if you are fortunate to work in good industry like Banking/Finance, Oil and Gas, successful, multi-national internet company (Google, Amazon, Apple, etc) should have better salary too.
Next is your skill level is also factored (Guru, Wizard, chief scientist, intermediate, beginner or rank like VP, associate, manager, senior developer, junior developer).
Make sense?
Let's simplify to the specific like BPO. If you are planning to work in BPO in the Philippines, I dont work in HR/headhunter so it's just my estimate.
You can ask:
20-25k/month - beginner, still learning, trainings
50-60k - veteran, 'yes sir' kind of coder, can do the instruction by architect
80-120k - architect, senior developer, set the standards, team lead
If you work in Singapore, mutiply the rate I mentioned above to 3.
Web , Software development or IT is a difficult job. Don't ask for a cheap salary.
