    Stay away sa mantikaon, soda, acidic nga fruits, chocolates, coffee.
    Try pa konsulta ni Pek Eng Lim diha sa Chong Medical Arts. The best sa gastro og mao ray naka sulbad sa akoa after 3 doctors.

    Dako mo lang. 100+ a day for 6 months, plus pa jud tong endoscopy nga tag 8k.
