i want to correct someone who posted here before that a resort owner cordoned off his property and even encroached the 20-meter portion from the shoreline.

the new enacted law of the DENR says that 20 meters cant and can never be owned by any animal, thing or person (So all kinds of nouns whether proper or common nouns - cricket, crab, dog, Pedro Penduku, Jack Antig, etc). cordoning off that portion is illegal. DENR never issues a permit to do an illegal act. if indeed he has obtained a permit (and slaps it to ur face, ugh) which was issued officially and therefore authentic, then the DENR personnel is acting illegally.

u can still ignore the owner's stupid ownership of that 20-meter portion from the shoreline and defy his warning (and u have an argument to the court).

if he catches u basking on the sand in front of his property and tell u to get lost, then politely tell him back that ur just enjoying the God's wonderful gift and ur afraid u can't resist the allure of the nature's wonders.

if he's persistent and insists that u must get ur ass out as quick as he can fire his 9mm and bust ur skull, let him see u enjoying the beach by flashing ur widest smile as if u didnt hear him. but if u see him freakin' out and yelled out at the top of his lungs, do the yoga in lotus position and he'd calm down and leave in a huff. u won! then invite ur friends to come along and enjoy the beach even more!

it was issued by the DENR,a sign was posted pa gani didto sa tingko.i also asked the municipal officials about it and mao pod na ila ingon na tinuod na.adto sa Tingko personally para makaingon ka nga dili sakto akong giingon.if musud ka sa ilang property buyagon jud ka and wa kay mahimo kay legal man daw ilang pagkapalit.daghan man di ganahan sa idea nga gihimo sa resort owner,hasta ako wa pod ko giganahan pero mao man daw ang naa sa kasulatan,so way mahimo kay insakto sila sa documents.....pero the good thing is pwede ra gihapon ka makaligo sa beachfront for free.
