hmm weak sectors na ang uban guro. backup data nya padagani ug zero-fill. basin maulian, or worst makita or ma mark as bad ang uban weak sector, if so need na replacement.

Done troubleshooting Bro Werty. You were correct on your initial findings. Just done installing OS on a different hard drive and startup is very satisfactory.

    Step:
-after installing OS on a different drive, intalled drivers manually one by one making sure of no conflicts then reboot after each driver installation to check whether or not the drivers are causing delays. (device manager reflects devices are properly working)
-after all drivers installed, a couple of final reboots made, observed very satisfactory results. (note: took around 20-24s from GUI to the main display overall startup. No security softwares yet...to follow after this reply )

Then will do the zero-fill hopefully ma-ulian pa.

    Thank You Guyz....
