    J: Okay sir, let me break it up for you... $49.49 is for...

    J: Where's your dad? Please tell him I'm calling about his order.
    Customer: Okay, i'll call him.
    J: Yes pls, just dont hang me up.. OK?

    Offering wireless:
    CL: The modem has free wireless.
    deaf customer: Free whaaaat? Sandwich?

    thats a good one... i think i had few bloopers then - i used to work for a good call center, sykes - certainly during the early stages of when we were released to the floors, but it was fun.
