    akong gbuhat bro palit ug timabangan sa tawo, next kay palit ug mountain bike. Part naman gud sa akong life ang bikeand dli pud ko gnhan ug gym. hehehe. Cge mig byahe, cge ko timbang, then watch pud sa intake sa kaon kay if masubraan mag lisud naman ug subida sa busay or transcentral. Every weekend ang byahe. Ka adik pa jud mangatol ang tiil if dli ka byahe kay nature tripping man. After mga 3 months tanan karsones ug shorts adto sa tayloring shop kay luaag na. Cons lang itom pud lagi ang panit. heheeh

    limit ur food intake. naay mga approved meal replacements. kanang mag shake lang ka morning and evening, sa lunch u can eat anything but dili pud daghan, mga 1 cup rice, veg and meat, fruits puede sad pero avoid soda and desserts. almost everyday kung mag timbang ka sa imong kaugalingon, esp kung wala ka mag dinner, mo kibra gyud ang imong timbang

    uhmm .. balance diet ra sir .. during dinner especially when ur so tired from work/ school.. dont eat much during dinner .. small amount lng bro .. coz ur metabolism is slow during night time .. dats it!
