if the black is cooler than the old 360, then its definitely better. HDMI and 120gb hd are things most gamers (as of now) can live and play w/o. ^_^

this is a ripoff if you ask me and most of those who already have a 360. This E"late" version is just something that microsoft cooked up to rival or even out PS3's HDMI support and bigger harddrive. Its just much pricier even for a new buyer. Para nako palit nalang ug Premium then if you need a more memory then buy the new hard drive.

I hope there will be modchips or hacks that enables 360 users to access external HD or flash memory via USB(and hopefully the OS and/or other files in them) thus eliminating the need for buying a new hard drive.

As I said on another thread, I don't think there's a need for another SKU. MS should have just upgraded production on the current versions to include HDMI, then sell the 120GB HD as an optional accessory only.

The Elite does sound like a rip-off considering that for only $20 more, you can get the 20GB PS3 version with Blu-Ray built in.

i think price is reasonable for that 120GB, considering most of the games nowadays, you can just dowload it directly to your account without going to store (and hearing out of stock). Plus online games, especally trial games or free download arcade games, you can just grab it for free and save it, too! 20GB isnt even enough..
