Unsa man ang nindot modala ug trabahante aning duha?
Ako wala pa kasuway ug amo nga Chinese or American kay ako amo Hapon man.
Ang Hapon ganahan ug limpyo og medyo istrikto pero dako mohatag ug sweldo ug mohatag gyud ug paagi aron molambo ang imo ideas og mosaka imo position. Ambot lang kaha sa uban nga Japanese employer.
Pero how about you people out there who have tried to work from a Chinese or American employer?

u cant ask questions like these basing on racial preference
kay if u answer it basing on race or ethnicity so, of course that would be racial discrimination

we base our judgement w/ regard to this matter by individual personality and dili unsa iya nationality
u can always come up with a more deeper issue to tackle

I was hired man gud bro by two big companies (Dili lang ko mo-mention unsa). Gidungan man gud nako ni ug apply thru internet. Nakapasar ko sa duha. The first one is owned by a Chinese businessman while the other one is an American company naa tanan sa Cebu. Sa Chinese, I was scheduled to report karong December 7, 2009. While the other one karong December 14 this year. I am a Graphic Designer. That is why I am trying to listen to the opionion of others who have experieced working both.

Kung mahimo mga bro, ayaw lang ug comment ang mga wala ka-experience ug trabaho both Chinese and American particular in big companies like Yuen Thai Philippines, CallCenters, Bigfoot, Cebu Pacific etc. Nevermind nalang ang mga medyo gagmayng companies.
