it is about registered nurses with nclex, whose priority date is 2005 and 2006 but they have been abandoned by their US hospital sponsor or petitioner for whatever reason like they are not needed anymore or the hosp cease to exist or have closed.
There is hope tru the so called the re capture process which the US Immigration allows other hosp to petition them. Much more they accept nurses even without hospital experience.

So that when these nurses are scheduled for US interview, they can respond that a new sponsor is petitioning them.
