How to get there:

Pumpboat ride (max of 4 hrs.)
Point of origin: Ouano Wharf (near Mandaue Hospital and Mandaue Sports Complex)

Camotes-Cebu 4AM (everyday) (ETA: 8AM)

Boat ride (max of 4hrs.): M/V Melrivic (Aznar)

* if you want to bring your car, catch the 12NN trip (Melrivic). fee is around P1,500 (per car).
* airstrip is still being renovated. hehe

Transpo: a lot of cars for hire there, as well as motorcycles.

Accommodation: we have a newly-built (mini) hotel. it's on top of a hill, has a scenic view of a part of the island. the beaches also have cottages.

hotel and pension rates, not sure pa. i'll post tomorrow. you can camp there man sad if tight jud ang budget. if overnight lang, 500 is enough. pag pumpboat lang.

last time i went home (december '04), i took the pumpboat. halfway sa ride, a school of dolphins rode with us. not that they jumped on board, but they swam near the pumpboat, one can almost touch it if it jumps. they were feeding ato na time. sayang kaayo kay i wasn't able to take a pic. worth the trip jud.

bai naa bayad ngadto kung mo sulod ka sa beach area? prehas dre sa mactan ba nga sulod lang gani naa dayon patak.

taga Lanao man ako papa bai, ug ako manoy naa ngadto, pero wala naman gd ko kaba;o sa sked sa pumpboat padulong ngadto.

Cge basin sa umaabot nga leave namo, anha mi, naa mo resort ddto bai? Maka discount kaha mi?

Lanao Lake actually has a "mini" resort. expensive lang ang food. pede ka ikaw mo-catch sa imo own fish tapos ipa-cook nimo. expensive lang jud. didto mi family nako for dinner, P1,500 amo gasto for 3 fishes lang na gi tinola and gi-sugba and pancit (super lami kay spicy) and rice and drinks. 4 mi ka adults, 2 kids. oh, and rent sad sa ila floating restaurant.

naa sad didto karaoke bar. hehe. ang maminaw nimo kay fishes. harharhar!

naay entrance sa Lanao Lake, P5 ba to per head. if magkaraoke lang ka, P5 per song. hehe. tapos order ka beer or whatever. prehas gud sa kanang mga karaoke bars diri.

sa beaches, ang cottage ra imo bayaran.
