know somebody very qualified and experienced who got lured by their "12-100k" salary (depending on qualifications and experience) as advertised for an internet marketing/ppc related position but he got offered a rate that he is currently giving his staff where he is working now. he indeed up going home feeling like he just got his brain cells picked on because during the initial interview, he already mentioned his expected salary which should have stopped from there but then the department heads still proceeded to interview him at length (maybe they wanted to know more from his experience? note sure but what else could you think of having gone through all that even though the HR process should have ended abruptly at the first instance of mentioning the expected salary...)

whatever the case, my friend thinks this is a company that you need to have second thoughts of. there are signs of shady practices here but then again, I told him I don't think such is only limited to this particular company so it's always better to be aware beforehand.

gatanga akong bossing pagbalik oiz! haha!
