Sorry for Tomas but the BRT will never happen. Besides, it is really not feasible, in my honest opinion. The LRT will happen though, with or without the support of Tomas.

i still think it will push thru. funds have been released. it was just unfortunate nga wala na bidding at PNoy's time. na delay lang due to red tape since new administration kinahanglan ma orient ang new DOTC admin. this is standard procedure actually. this is how our government works and i don't complain about it.

regarding feasibility, there was a study already. it is feasible.the study was conducted by experts which was reviewed by world bank since they partly fund it. im not an expert but i trust when world bank sez its feasible.they're the experts.

BRT will not solve traffic though. thats the common misconception that BRT will solve traffic. but it will replace the horrible public transport system we have which is jeepneys. labi na ang franchise2x nga style nga style. ang adlaw nga ma hostage ang public commuters tungod sa protesta sa mga drayber kay mawala nana.

i still want the BRT though. i think cebuanos deserve it. cebuanos deserve a better public transport. aircon. slowly but surely it will improve. kanang mga public transport sa ubang nasud nga nindut kaayo wala mana sila nagsugod nga nindut kaayo., nagkadugay nagka improve mana. although ang nakanindut karon kay naay existing bus systems nga pwedi na sundon.

Yes bai exactly, okay rajud siya as long as the City Government dont have to pay for it.

If ang Operational Cost lower than the Income ma Generate ana jud mahitabo Subsidize sa Government.
