Cebu LRT seen operational by 2022
with no clear/apparent feasibility, except for dino's words that it's done, this can be done by 3 years time?
BRT is close to 20 years in the making after red tape/bureaucracy and all...mambaling underpass is almost 2 years old with less than a kilometer length...and LRT will be 'operational' by 2022?

murag option man pod nang monorail, boss..dili man ingnon nga di dayonon ang LRT..at least sa akong pag-sabot..not sure though..
