Why put political color into it? Did you even consider the possibility that the reason why Dino and the DOTr have the same recommndation is because it is the correct decision? Even the Cebu Chamber has said they only support BRT if there is roading widening to accomodate the BRT but there is none. Our mayor who thinks so highly of himself did not have the foresight to include road widening in the project and so it is destined to fail. Storya ta ug tinuod oi. i think the world bank and the consultant that the city has employed did the study already. ako personally mas ganahan ko gamiton kwarta palapad sa dalan. bisag mo cost pa nag 500 million kada building kung kinahanglan gubaon aw nganong dili man.tutal naa naman kwarta naka utang naman. neda was also right, cebu needs a good public transport. kay ang LRT would take 10 years to plan and implement. cebu city doesn't have that luxury of time.by ten years parking lot na tibuok cebu.

I have heard that the usual PPP program has been modified to fast track everything. Also, here is an article that shows the that Duterte wants things fast tracked.

ang modification raman is from bidding system to swiss challenge. which it will indeed make the project faster. hasul au nang bidding system. palpak pud gyud na. im happy duterte got rid of it.

Banilad to Talamban kay ang original design walay road widening but naa approved naman na sa DOTR nga next nalang daw na kay dugay mahuman ang design ... unahon lang daw ang naa sa design ...
