I was there last July 20 nag walk-in ko, naabot ko ug 12am then naa nay 3 applicants nga nauna nako, pero ako ang una nga ge interview kai wa man experience ang uban. Appointment setting ne ilang campaign for internet business. Dali ra kaayo ang process, first, e interview ka sa HR then if pasar ka client interview na dayon. Amerkano ang mo interview, Ted iyang name. Nahibung lang ko kai okay kaayo among conversation sa client, gepabasa ko niya ug script then ge kuhaan ko niya ug video kai epatan-aw daw niya sa iyang partner sa Utah. Di ka ma hire same day kai e review pa daw sa iyang partner ang video. After recording, he told me nga "wow, how come you talk like that? You really sound like an American". So nagtuo ko nga okay na, then after ato neingon ang taga recruitment nga she will call me in 2 days or as soon as naa na ang feedback sa partner ne Ted, pero wa paman jud ko tawage... heheh! wa siguro ko madawat.. I'm not discouraging anyone ha, ne share ra ko sa akong story..lol anyway, I'm starting to believe nga ang HR nila named "Jenny" dili ganahan nga naay laing Jenny sa company.. (too bad, naay jenny akong name) Anyway, ang agents nila mga supervisor before sa nagkalain laing call center so I think mga GAHI ni sila..

Ai, sa sweldo diay, I think naa sa mga 16k ang basic kai ne explain pud si Ted nga though mga experienced na ang agents nila they are still a start up company and di pa sila ka afford ug dako nga base pay. Hinuon naay commission for every sale, so if Seller jud ka, way reason nga di ka madatu sa hollicorp.

in my case, I went there 11pm as a walk-in applicant. i was interviewed by their HR (initial interview), she recorded our conversation i guess for the clients. ok ra kaayo ang interview. after that, gi final interview ko i guess OM to nila dili man ang Amerkano nag final interview nako. then wala pud ko gi videohan ang interview kay about ra sa akong resume sa experience nako from other CCs. Yes, as harj mentioned, 16k ang basic pay nila. He explained to me about bonuses but kalimot na gyud ko hehehe about ato. anyways, mag training mi 2 weeks from now. I think ila pa padaghanon para ma usa ra ug train. ang Amerkano man ang mo train. Overall, ok ra kaayo didto way kurat hehe judging from the HR and OM who interviewed me. and nagsugod pa gyud ang company so there's a lot of chances for you to be promoted hehehe nya naa nasad nag take ug calls.
