Yes this is confirmed to be true. In talamban proper going to pit-os is where some of them operate. Most of them are actually squatters in pier area(this gives you an idea who notorious these people are) who were transferred in some parts in talamban(near the road going to budla.an). Some of them reside in villa leyson. What I find strange about these criminals is they don't hesitate to target the locals even if they know they can be identified. Sometimes, even hold ups can happen in broad daylight.
