Need Your inputs on my upcoming i7 build

Good day mga kaistoryans!

Im not that knowledgeable sa pc/rig building so i need your help guys! This build is going to be leaning more on games with a little bit of rendering/3d modeling (hobby lng). Budget is around 30-40k and will progress depende lng nako if i feel nga kailangan jud. Here are my prospected specs.

Proc = i7 3770K pcx (is this true nga naa na silay baligya?) Intel Core i7-3770K (3.5G) 8mb 22nm
mobo = (no idea)
vga = (planning to get 680 but not atm kay hapit na skwela akong batos)
RAM = (no idea of any IB compatible rams)
PSU = (any cheap and reliable 750watt)

I plan to buy this on cash but i dont know any pc store in cebu who offer discount on cash bought items. I plan to buy all these by june 8-12, thats 3 weeks from now, so i have time to scour for infos/reviews and the specs availability in cebu. I originally plan to buy i7 2600k but pcie 3.0 is enticing. btw im from leyte so if ever pwd pud na nga store mu deliver sa tacloban that would be awesome! I decided to make this thread since nakakita ko sa pcx website na naa na sila i7 3770k pero earlier would still be better since im not from cebu!

for me, the price premium of 3770k is not worth it as compared to 3570k... same sa mga reviews before (2600k vs. 2500k), halos walay difference but of course mas paspas gamay ang 2600k but the price difference can't justify its real world benefits...

but anyway, bottomline is you can save if you opt for 3570k and you can get an SSD instead...

ako mao ni akong plano kung maka kwarta nako puhon (ako lang sang gipa hinog sa bangko, hehehehe)...

Asus P8Z77-V or AsRock Extreme 6
G.Skill Ripjaws 1866 or 2133 (4x2)
SSD 120GB (prospects nako OCZ, Crucial, Corsair, depending on availability)... kung maka kita kog Intel 520 or Samsung 830 then much better...

^^ boss asa ta kapalit sa asrock e6? mga 3-4k ang diffrence sa 3770k to 3570k sah? hmm... gamit ba sa rendering ug modeling ang HT?

i think gamit ang HT sa rendering pero mao lang im not sure if it fully justifies the price premium if it's even noticeable ang real world difference sa HT og way HT.

tinuod na sa pcx pero, naay daghan pud sa TPC nasad ana... naa mga trusted seller sa TPC nga pde ipa ship pero i think imoha ang shipping

Yup kaya ra.. i'm on an i7 build with a gtx 570.. im using a 600watt PSU. The 570 consumes more wattage than a 680 or a 7870. hehe nice kaayo ang wattage friendliness mga new cards karon boss
