you can coat it with waterproofing chemicals/paints available at hardwares. ganahan ka ug ligon, use cord industries epoxy mahal2 lang but more sturdy ang coating. Kung paint and mga lacquer types, di man gyud ingon waterproof. mas mu protect lang from water

use polyurethane finish.. pero taas ang process ani.. and pangita ug wood nga taas ug water resistant.. such as hmm teak wood or oak..

maka palit ka sa chemicals sa inchem or sherwin williams for good quality chemicals..

I know naay mga pre mix na polyurethane pero dili na sila lig.on..
